McDonald's in Michigan

"Everyone here is always really nice, but I gotta deduct 1 star because it seems like they overwork them here. Whenever I go inside, everyone always looks pretty frazzled from being so super busy. Also, this last time we visited, the floor everywhere seemed super slippery. It was weird. But four stars because all the employees here are pretty cool and the food is always consistently good. Also, I do wish it was the 80s again and I could let my kids go outside to climb in the Officer Big Mac jailhouse. My kids love coming here but don't even know who the Fry Guys are and that's a shame."

"Hot, fresh Big Mac & Fries, even at 3:45 pm on a Thurs! They even have milkshakes, which seems to be rare, these days. Very pleasant and cheerful people taking orders and serving food. A very nice McDonald's!"

"At the drive through, I ordered 1 large Coke zero and a breakfast burrito. When I paid, I realized she missed charging me for the large Coke Zero, she had to have a supervisor add it to my order. They brought out the burrito but not the large Coke Zero. Just before this, a young employee came out with a large Coke and took it to the car that he had just delivered food to. I honked my horn when he came out with it, figuring it was mine. He looked at me but kept in going. The woman waiting on me said she'd go check, came out and insisted I had not ordered one. She went back in again and cane back and said they're was no order for it. Then I said then why did they charge me for one? Then she demanded my receipt. I gave it to her and she did bring it out for me, but she was very rude and chastised me for being upset."
